- Is the call really free?
- Yes. Fifteen minutes, no charge and no obligation. We'd rather spend the time showing you what's wrong with your website than paying for another ad — that's the whole business model.
- What do I need to prepare?
- Nothing. If you have a website, we'll open it together on the call. If you don't, tell us what you do and where, and we'll look at what the businesses ranking above you are doing instead.
- Will you try to sell me something?
- We'll tell you what the fixes are and what they'd cost if we did them — $999 flat for a full website, live in 7 days. If you'd rather do them yourself or with someone else, the list works just as well.
- I'd rather see a design first.
- Then skip the call: we'll design your new homepage free and send it within 48 hours, no card and no obligation. Some people book the call after seeing it; some never need to.
